Imprint is looking for a dynamic Product Counsel to join our growing legal team as our second hire. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build the legal function from the ground up and partner closely with product, compliance, engineering, and business teams. Youll serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory, privacy, data security, and compliance issues that impact our product offerings, with a particular focus on the sponsor bank model, credit cards, and other consumer credit products. The ideal candidate has 37 years of experience in fintech, financial services, or technology, with a proven track record of working crossfunctionally in fastpaced environments. This is a handson role where youll not only guide the development of innovative financial products but also support general commercial and SaaS contracting. Credit card experience is a strong plus. This role will report to the Vice President of Legal and be based out of the San Francisco office (hybrid or fulltime in office).
