Position Summary
The Case Manager Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to a team of Case Managers serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This role ensures high-quality, client-centered service delivery while promoting housing stability, self-sufficiency, and compliance with program, funder, and regulatory requirements. The Supervisor plays a key role in staff development, program performance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and mentor a team of Case Managers providing services to homeless individuals and families.
• Provide regular individual and group supervision, including case consultations, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments, service plans, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with agency and funder standards.
• Monitor caseloads and service delivery to ensure compliance with program goals, Housing First principles, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Assist staff with complex cases, crisis intervention, and problem-solving related to housing barriers, benefits, medical, behavioral health, and social service needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, including shelters, housing providers, healthcare teams, and community agencies.
• Support housing placement efforts, including referrals, landlord coordination, and follow-up to promote housing stability.
• Participate in program planning, quality assurance, audits, and data review to improve outcomes and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to homeless services.
• Assist management with hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Human Services, or a related field required.
• LMSW/LCSW or relevant professional license preferred (or license-eligible).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with homeless or high-risk populations.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of homeless service systems, housing resources, entitlement programs, and community-based services.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records or case management systems
