Requirements
The ideal candidate has a solid work ethic, integrity, strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, works well independently, and has a desire to work with people. Qualifications: ° High School Diploma or equivalent required
° Must be 18 years of age
° NO experience is necessary!
° Valid driver's license and a clean MVR record is required
° Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within 90 days
(company paid) ° Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
° A pre-employment drug screen and background check prior to offer must be completed
° Must pass MVR screen and maintain a clean driving record
What you will do: ° You will perform residential and commercial pest control and specialty services
° You will problem solve customer accounts for current and future needs by inspecting and assessing
homes, business and other establishments for infestation or damage from pests and recommend solutions
to the client or prospective customer.
We will train you to do this. ° You will focus on consistent customer communication
° You will partner with internal groups such as sales, fellow service technicians and management to ensure
extraordinary customer service
° You will apply appropriate products according to label standards
° You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and vehicles
° You will be responsible for collecting when applicable

Salary Description
Current Techs make between $45 & $75K
