Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose complex problems
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sprinter models, systems, and technologies
- Utilize manufacturer-specific tools, equipment, and software to perform repairs and maintenance
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including repair orders and inspection reports
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with manufacturer updates and industry advancements
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment

Sprinter Technician Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
- Strong knowledge of Ford, Dodge, GM models and systems
- Ford E-Series and Transit, Ram ProMaster, or Chevrolet Express
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
