Responsibilities

A client with Kforce is seeking a Visual Designer V to join their team. Come join the client as a Senior Visual Designer on the Brand & Marketing team. This design role is fully remote, but does require the candidate to work west coast hours. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design, a collaborative team player, creative problem solver, strong communicator, and a constant advocate for the customer.

• Gain product knowledge across our suite of workforce solutions
• Design meaningful and purpose-driven E2E experiences through web, email and in-product channels that inform and guide customers toward the right product for their small business
• Collaborate effectively with other designers, content strategists, product managers, marketers, and researchers to drive results toward business objectives while commanding a positive mindset
• Be proactive in seeking new knowledge and connections with marketing partners
• Have a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels
• Participate in customer research and qualitative testing to inform meaningful customer experience design for the web and beyond
• Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
• Lead and work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a design-related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact
• A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through web, email, and in-product marketing funnels
• Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers
• Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
• Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results
• Powerful communication and presentation skills
• Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively
• A dazzling portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
