Peggy Hoffa
President/CEO

Peggy has owned and operated Michigan Maintenance Management, Inc. since 1984. Her commitment to excellence over the years has helped her thrive in the green industry. Peggy has been certified by the Supplier Clearinghouse as a “Women’s Business Enterprise” and her main focus is business operations and customer service.

Outside of the business, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her community as a member of the Almont Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Hoffa
COO

Steve has been the COO for MMM, Inc. since it opened in 1984. He has helped the company grow in many directions, so that we can serve our customers in the best way possible.

Steve is not only passionate about his family and commitment to the business, but to the local community as well. He is a long time member of the Almont Community School Board and the Almont Community Four County Foundation.

Adam Hoffa
Manager

Adam has had the pleasure of working in the family business for over a decade. He is not only dedicated to delivering excellent customer-service through knowledge and skill in the green industry; he has become certified as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator through the state of Michigan’s Department of Agriculture. Adam continues to learn the ins and outs of the green business by attending seminars and classes like the John Deere Landscape University’s lessons on the safe and proper use of the products we use.

In his free time, Adam enjoys flying airplanes and volunteering for the Almont Fire Department.

Nick Giacalone
Manager

Nick started his career with MMM, Inc. in 2004. During his time in the green industry he has gained certification in many areas, most notably:

  • Sustainable Horticulture and Turfgrass Management from Macomb Community College
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicator through the state of Michigan’s Department of Agriculture.

He continues his education in the green industry by attending classes and seminars regularly such as the CARTS workshop put on annually by the Michigan Green Industry Association.

When not working, Nick enjoys spending time in Michigan’s great outdoors and spending time with his family.
